it technically wouldn't be a Pagonging considering they are 2 inter-tribal alliances, and even if you were rolling with the idea that the 2nd incarnations count as original tribes, Susie flipped. It would just be like the Marquesas where the underdogs pull the rug from under the ruling group's collective feet.
