So far what makes the most sense to me is rower's theory. It's the only scenario I've read far that explains Randy's comment that people are "gonna be surprised" at tribal and why he would purposefully make himself a target. People have been saying that maybe he knows its fake and reveals it before the vote in order to cause confusion, but then Kenny's group would just vote for Corrine (actually they would vote for Randy because they already know that Sugar has the idol, but this it what Randy would THINK would happen), and that doesn't give them much of an advantage strategically. I'm convinced now that Bob just "neglects" to tell Randy that the idol is fake. It would be a weird move on Bob's part, but I think he realizes he's on a sinking ship.
