He's been pissing off the jury and making himself a target for the minority to vote against; Matty (and Sugar) have the option to align with anyone, aren't on anyone's radar and have a good shot of winning in the F2/3 - that makes them better players.
The jury? Marcus was going after Kenny so Ken was justified in booting him. Charlie didn't know Ken's motivation for voting him out until the show aired. So he hasn't done anything badly at all jury wise
