Getting rid of players based on insecurities or grudges is a good way to ignore the real threats.
I don't think Kenny is like that, though. Yeah his stated reason for voting out Charlie was that he fucked up getting the immunity idol, but I'm sure Kenny weighed in all the options of tossing out/keeping in other players.
