If she stayed with Onions, her chance would be 0%. Even if she did go into final 3 with Marcus and Charlie, she won't get any jury vote for riding coattail.

We can't tell for sure if the Onions would be bitter jury. They may respect Susie for making the move and vote for her to win.

All in all, Susie did cast the right vote. Yay!
