This is the first time I've watched the show in ages because of HD (which Amazing Race, unbelievably still is not.) It looks spectacular on the shots of wildlife running and so forth. Which may comprise 3% of air time. Unfortunately, the game itself is still the ground breaking show it was in 2000 which became tiring after a few seasons and now in Season 17 is so predictable it's stupid. Jeff looks skinnier and unhealthier each year and the challenges couldn't be more idiotic and some of the contestants more useless or boring. I'm amazed I've sat through several episodes so far because this show does NOT age well. In fact, it sucks in many ways and I consider much of it to be a complete waste of time and the same old crap that was once invigorating is grating and annoying. That is putting it mildly.
