Well, there are NO Alpah Males since Tyler/James won in season 10. That's THREE seasons without one alpha-males team!!! That's very obvious that TAR Shitheads want some chick or old hack teams to win.
It's more like they want ANYONE to win besides the most predictable team. Hopefully the Maddicts were the swan song of alpha males on this show, at least for a long time to come.
