What was the last season without a swap? Palau right? And Palau would definitely have been worse with a swap.
I would say Exile Island was the last without a swap. They dissolved the four-person teams after the first episode and then we got to see La Mina and Casaya battle it out until the merge. Incidentally, I think Exile Island was one of the better seasons.
