Sean was great because he wasn't a punk
Rebelling like a 12 year old when someone asks you to move your ass and resorting to bullshit racist arguments such as "salvery is over" is probably the biggest form of punk I can think of. Not to mention he's a frickin' teacher.
And I totally forgot James. James is also awsomess redefined. Granted, he was pretty much a non-factor in Micronesia. He's too naive and trustworthy for Survivor. And the fact that he got screwed over by Parvati after boinking her for days made it really hard to feel bad for him. Any guy who can think with his upper head before thinking with the lower head knows she's trouble.
