Yep, my doctor tells me they are cluster. I may have tried Butalbital (sp?) - I've tried all sorts, but I tend to vomit up pills - the wafer (Maxalt) tends to be the only thing I can hold down during the migraine.
There is a doctor on the mainland who handles migraines and only migraines, but it's almost a 6 month wait to get in to see him - so I'll try this other doc first. If I have to see the big gun, I will.
