The one that scammed Shana & Jennifer of their money at Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. They agreed on a price before they got in but then the guy later insisted on them paying like twice the amount after that and both of them had no choice but to comply while the bastard was smiling and grinning greedily.
Granted, when you say shit like "We're going to be sold today.", then I feel a little less bad. Not nearly as bad as the breeding speech, but still Ugly American-ish.
