I, against perhaps my better judgment, reluctantly agree with this statement. Barring the weather, the people here SUCK. The state legislature and local municipalities are run by some of the most inept people on the planet. Case in point -- I don't think we've had a balanced budget on time since Brown was governor. Wilson may have gotten one in there when he was guv, but I wasn't here for that.
