I completely believe that the bag usually, if not always, does not include every houseguests name inside that bag. The one veto competition that comes to mind that it was obviously rigged was week three in Allstars- the one which Chicken George won and Kaysar and him had to shave their heads and he ended up on slop for 60 days. That veto competition only included guys... how would the girls if they were competing WANT to shave their heads? And if Marcellas played and made it to the head shaving part, it just wouldn't have worked since he doesn't even have any hair!
