They haven't totally made up. I think they're on speaking terms, and mom's did send Liam a BUNCH of presents for his birthday. But mom's is not feeling too much love with Tori, probably since the book, cuz she still hasn't visited her or anything. They don't have the relationship that Tori dreams of having with her; there still is a rift somewhat.
