I've had the same problems with comcast as everyone else. Whenever I've called about a problem, they've given me the standard "oh, try
unplugging the modem then plug it back in...oh, that didn't work, well we'll send someone in two weeks." Luckily the times I've had problems
they fixed themselves before I had to wait two weeks.
It also took the fuckers two weeks to come and install the stuff to begin with because "they wouldn't have any service reps in the area." Of course I saw nothing but comcast vans driving around in the area during those two weeks.
What really sucks is comast has pretty much bought out everyone else so most people have no other options.
