Now THIS is the kind of thing that bullshit should be called on. They made a federal fucking case of it when I wanted credited for the interim time that my
box wasn't working. We went back and forth on how long it wasn't working, until finally she looked in the notes and saw that I called the first day to
report the box not working; luckily I did this to log it instead of just having the machine re-send a signal.
