betrayed Romber to join Rupert and Jenna then he would have willingly betrayed Rupert and Jenna. That's a lot of jury votes down the drain. He may still
pull it out but you haven't addressed my first objection: Why would Jenna leave Rupert in the dark about the change of plan? Your scenario leads to a 3-1
vote against Tom.
