Legalizing pot isn't going to improve anything, except lessing the burden on the legal system. In the best scenario, pot should be treated like alcohol where it's illegal to use while driving/flying/boating, etc. and not allowed for people under 21. If either of those rules are broken, they should loose their license, pay a fine and do community service. Ditto for person having more than 3 oz. of the stuff -- pot dealers have never shown any restraint in who they are selling to -- their greed makes them the weak link in the whole legalization argument. They are equivalent to lobbyists, whores and scientologists.
