I made the mistake of being on the phone with my mom during the season three premier of Lost. I was trying to get off the phone with her as quickly as a could during a commercial break. It ended up being one of the Jack and Juliet scuffles and suddenly she is asking all these questions, wondering what is going on, and if I'm alright...

My roommate that year tried to watch and episode with me, Every Man For Himself, and he was asking questions during the entire thing, "Why doesn't that guy just run away? Two islands? This show is so dumb I thought they crashed on a plane, why do they have prisons and guns?"
