There may or may not be a rule against it, but I think the producers would advise the mole not to initiate coalitions because it would unfairly aid or hinder whichever player the mole chose to align with. I'd have a real problem if Clay won because Mark chose him for a coalition and Clay's greater familiarity with Mark, as a result of the coalition, lead him to winning.
I'm a Paul-is-the-Mole supporter, but how can you say that and not rule out Paul? Don't you remember he made a coalition with both Marcie and Alex
in the first episode?
