Will you still be hungry for grilled in 3 days? lol
Mainly I do it with venison, but beef works ok too. Here we call them speedies when cut up and eat them on buns.
Get some nice steaks and beat the shit out of them. If you have a blade tenderizer that works perfect, or use a fork.
Stab those puppies from both sides for maximum aeration.
Use a Tupperware container and fill with the marinade so it covers the meat completely. (Here I use NY State Fair Speedie Sauce)Salamida Speedie Sauce
Or you can make your own with Italian dressing, add some wine or whatever you like.
Flip and fork for 2-3 days in the fridge.
When ready to cook, either leave them whole to grill, or cut into chunks for Kabobing with Potato chunks or salt taters, cherry tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, ect. You can brush them with more marinade while cooking too.
The marinade infused in them cooks them a bit faster and with a good cut of meat, can be cut with a fork.
Its pretty simple and easy. I like to let them go 3 days for maximum penetration.
