I am going from nothing..obviously eventually I would bump it up as my body would get used to the mile but after a month, as I said, my legs just can't take the jogging. My thighs feel like I am walking/jogging uphill after only a few minutes on flat ground.
You know, this pain could be caused by the shoes that you're wearing. If you're wearing the wrong shoes, it doesn't just hurt your feet, but your knees, calves and thighs will be in pain too.
My feet and knees and calves are all fine and I love my sneakers - Adidas Supernova Cushion 7 ..it's just my thighs for some reason. I actually haven't had problems w/ lung capacity surprisingly since I went from zero to exercising at least 5 times a week ..whenever I have to keep stopping, it's the rest my thighs but breathing wise I could hold a conversation.

Beefcake - That was SO inspirational. *wipes tear from eye* Thanks!
