It's prolly not even psychologically healthy to jump back-n-forth between genders as the whim occurs. If he/she retained the vagina with the expectaion of one day giving birth, then she should have remained female until after doing so, and then got the surgery.

ok Katja, what the hell are you talking about here? The penis does not produce sperm, they are produced in the testicles. Also men who have had a vasectomy don't have sperm in their semen, I still think their penis is fully functioning though. You think no sperm = not functioning?
o and this penis doesn't seem to have the ability to ejaculate which is completely different than producing sperm. Which no penis can do.
