We used to sales at people's homes as well. But dmb's aunt is living in a retirement community, if I remember correctly. They may have rules against
auctions on site. Also, if all the good stuff is going with the auntie, there might not be enough to interest a quality auctioneer. There is more to an auction
than someone showing up and holding up the broken lamp and crying for money. The back work of an auction is a lot of work. Is there someplace to display the
merchandise? What about parking? Can a porta potty be put up on the site? Security on site can be an issue as well.
