I hate to disagree with Mom but most of the time the auctions are held right there at the property. And usually some of it is garage sale and some of it they auction and they handle everythingYep. Down here we sell everything off the damn property. Want Shutters? Pry 'em off. The Mailbox? $5.
That's how it is at the end of the day. And the bEST part about not moving the stuff is YOU get to go through a lot of it that isn't priced, old boxes, closets, etc. Great finds..
