YOU are not the arbiter of what passes for policy here.
As a general policy, we would prefer that those posting photographs of events that they have not taken themselves might be best served to make that fact clear up front.
Permission should be gained first before reposting here, and you ought to be quite clear when asking for that permission that you intend to repost them on a high traffic public message board. If those guidelines are not followed your posting might be subject to removal and in cases of serial abusers of the policy your account might be subject to removal.
