Sorry, imPhotog, but this site exists to criticize and parody. Nobody's posting the photos to detract from their commercial value or for personal financial gain; it's purely for mockery or derision.
As long as the photos were posted publicly (and yes, that includes the Web, even under password protection), they're fair game under Fair Use (see Comment and Criticism/Parody).
If the photographer wants credit, you might recommend he or she watermark the photos before posting them.
