Oh yeah, send it in early! Think of it this way...if they review the first 1/2 that come in and find a lot of people they like, they probably don't even look at the second 1/2 of the videos, or at least not as closely. If they have a bunch of people they like, they are more likely to skip over your application unless they just LOVE your video (which let's face it, they rarely find people they love). So getting in early is always better!
