Ok who has been and what were they like?

FWT, I went to one that was at a car dealership. It was on a Saturday morning. Long lines. I incorrectly guessed that we would be ushered into a discreet back room away from all the commotion to do our tape privately. Instead we were assigned numbers and called in groups of maybe 8 at a time. Those other 7 people could watch YOUR video. The filming spot was the middle of the car dealership's showroom. Customers were everywhere doing real business deals with salesmen, phones were ringing, and announcements were made over the loud speaker to employees. Despite all the business dealings, foot traffic, restroom searchers, etc, we were told to stand on the mat and do our spiel for 2 minutes. The cameraman gives you a small wave to signal you have maybe 10 seconds left. Poof, it's over with.

One guy I talked to in line said he hated the show and never watched it, but he needed the money. I was certain he'd get picked over someone like me salivating every Application Season.
