I love True Life but I could never get into this show, at least not from the parts of episodes that I saw. Some chubby girly-girl type wants to learn how to play soccer so she can impress her classmates, or some nerdy girl wants to become a cheerleader, once again, so she can impress her classmates. Basically, you take any type of personality and watch as they try to become something they're really not and never will be - all so that they can impress their classmates. And this is supposed to be interesting to viewers because?
