I don't think it was a "hindsight attempt" at all, and as tacky as it may be, it's a valid question. Contrast that question with TC's "just because you're dead doesn't make you interesting" thread (directed at a lesser-known poster's death), which is sitting on page 1 of OT. Then take into account the fact that TC is slamming the death of Susie's kid in this thread, yet another poster was banned from Sucks for doing much the same thing in a PM. It wasn't posted in public here or anywhere else, but the dipshit (and he is a dipshit, at best) still got banned.
If you're going to set a standard, it has to apply to everyone.
