It would be interesting to see how they chose the mole after the season is over. Just to give us a little insight into what kind of characteristics they look for in a mole and why that person was chosen to be the mole.
I think they learned after Season 1 not to pick anyone who is too emotional and sensitive. Other than that they probably look for smarts and good acting ability.
