In Paul's defense, he does have a family (where as Matt would probably pretend to want kids while secretly slipping his girlfriend birth control pills in her breakfast). Also, Paul isn't trying trying to have sex with every girl on the show. Yes, they are both talkative and they both have accents, and they's both in the construction business, but... yeah.
