This isn't exactly and OMG BLOW ME AWAY performance, but it's nice and sweet and...not much else. Still, MILES above Sleepona Lewis.
11. IL DIVO
The opera take on this ALMOST works for me. Almost. If they blended better with each other I'd like it more, but I suppose that's opera for you. The solos are great, but the chorus drives me nuts.
10. KELLY CLARKSON
This is by far NOT Kelly's best performance and I think it's ludicrous people hail it as the best performance of American Idol Season 1 when Kelly herself had much better. I wish she had sung this as the beginning of the season, when she was still fresh, rather than at the end where the stress was clearly getting to her. Still, not terrible, but not amazing either.
