Here in Brazil we have this wonderful wet plains (fresh water, far from the beach) called Pantanal. In the months of june, july, august, september and october, the level of water gets down, because it is the dry season, that would be perfect for Survivor.

Well thanks for that! Did you get it off the SURVIVOR: Amazon site?
No. Search in google for the word 'Pantanal' and you will find this images. Pantanal doesn't belong to the Amazon, it is a wet plain in the border of Brazil with Paraguay and Bolivia, sorrounded by South America's Savannah, that we call Cerrado. The Amazon is in the north of Brazil in the statesof Para, Tocantins, Amazonas, Roraima, Rondônia, Amapá, Acre and north of Mato Grosso; while Pantanal is in the south of Mato Grosso and north of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Brazil's vegetation:
Pantanal is in blue, and the Amazon is in light green
