zippity, it may be that it needs to have some kind of declogger run down it if the guest bathroom is after the main bathroom. Drains are usually in the rear of the house in most neighborhoods here. And I don't think anyone in this city has a septic tank 'cause the water level is way to high. Heck, we don't even have basements here.
