Barring going up against a triple threat finalist like Yul, many individuals have stated that he'd win the game. So unless 1 of the individuals he's chosen to trust like Parvati backstab him and prevent him from reaching the finals, his chances of winning and earning jury respect is quite high. Cirie, the Fans, and just about everyone all felt Ozzy would win had he made the finals. The ability to close alone makes him a stronger runner-up prospect compared to many of the goat runner-ups from the POV of winning. Now, if you're talking about who's the best strategist, who's the best at coming up with plans, etc. then that's different criteria. Amanda would be #1 for most proven outlaster. But she'd be very low on my list in terms of closing, since she's now failed there twice!
