Depends. On the one extreme, I couldn't have grown Jack's beard if I never shaved EVER. I just can't grow facial hair. But I know some people who would have Jack's beard if they didn't shave for 3 days. Seriously.
But to get to the logical conclusion, I'd guess somewhere between 2-3 months for most guys without shaving at all?
