cajuns can be very very very white. I know this having lived in New Orleans for a significant amount of time and having a best friend who is Cajun and extremely white.
Also, Lisa was really from Mandeville which is North of New Orleans and has significantly less true Cajuns. Now, she could be of mixed race. That's the mos tlikely situation. Mixed race does not equal cajun.
