In addition to putting up a terrific sad-eyed performance and fooling everyone about not having the HII and being bummed about "leaving," I also like how Amanda: A. took Parv into her confidence about the HII - cementing an alliance there, B. called Erik out at TC, and C. stressed to the remaining tribe/jury when she did play it that she "didn't lie" when she told them she didn't have it (to soften the blow in the face of the potential FTC jury). She covered all the angles and really thought it through. A really masterful move.
Amanda's calling out Erik was disingenuous at best because had Erik not won immunity, she most likely would have voted him out with the rest of the women. She as much as told Parvati that she was going to try and hold her earlier actions to "keep him in the game" - As though it was all her doing - over his head. Assuming that Erik was paying attention to how Jason was played the week before, he would have been an even bigger fool than Jason himself to buy that line. We all know that very few people in this game do anything that helps anyone else unless there is self-interest involved. Besides, now that Amanda knows all the women but Parvati turned on her, she needs Erik more than ever.
