Did he say something? I missed it. I know he said he had something in his throat, but I didn't get that he was blaming her for it...
When she criticized his voice, he explained that it was closing up before he performed and that she threw him off. Of course everyone just protected and enabled Paula and changed the subject.
I went back and re-watched. He definitely said he had something in his throat. He didn't mention anything to do with her or her commentary throwing him off...
