I heard it myself on the feeds. It was discussed in the kitchen, but I forget with whom.
Unless I'm misremembering and it wasn't in the letter, but something he was told on the side. I guess if they're going to bend the rules to allow
outside info about dead grandpas and cousins and whatnot, they bend them to let the hamsters know they got sacked.
