He's done snacking and off to read Adam's bible.

Ryan is so tired that he needs toothpicks to hold his eyes open
Adam says he is going to stay on the clock until midnight then sleep all day tomm.
Ryan told him that his abs hurt so much that he can't move. he dares Adam to pull out 150 sit ups. Adam is laughing while he's doing them. he can't do them all and goes back to cooking his cabbage.
