The best I can figure is that she knows Cirie and Parvati have no reason not to trust her, so leaving that alliance behind would be a huge move, and she probably thinks that if she makes it to the F3 (or is it F2?), they would say she betrayed them. Which is what I don't understand...they betrayed her by not telling her about their vote last week, so she could use the defense that she thought she was out of the alliance when they voted Ozzy out. By joining up with James, Jason and Erik, she was doing what she had to do to survive.

So I think she missed her opportunity to make the "big move"
