In James' world, everyone stays with the original alliance they formed on day one until the very end, regardless of the circumstances - and then it's every man (or woman) for themselves. That may have worked in S1, but there are far too many twists and turns in the game now, and far too many people strategizing and shifting alliances. It's mind boggling, but he STILL doesn't seem to understand after two seasons that changes in the game force you to make moves and adapt to keep yourself in a position to win.
