There was one episode in some season where Jeff read enough votes for some contestant to be voted out, but didn't realise it, so he kept reading them until it was like 7-1-1. I guess he needs an voting intervention each episode.

Anyway, what he did for Ozzy was hardly the first time he's done it this way. Didn't Rupert's original boot go
