Cook (assuming he doesn't leave due to his current issues) and Archtard are locks, some combination of Carly/Michael/Brooke will fill the other two spots.
Carly, I think rubs people the wrong way for whatever reason, and I think she's a bit overrated. I loved her singing, but then there were other parts tonight that felt strained.
I think the Final 3 will definetly be the Davids and Michael Johns.
