There is a difference between knowingly taking a risk and a poorly planned out challenge. We could just as well be talking about JC getting his eye poked out.
I call what happened negligence. They get paid to make sure things like this dont happen. Its not like with Micheal and the fire. They couldnt have
foreseen that happening. The challenge is a different story. It could have been avoided.
