Idea from shoeless rye over in spoiler that Jason is just trying to put the target on Ozzy and cover his own butt because if the next person to go to EI finds the spot empty they will think Jason found the HII. So Jason can still thinks he found the real deal, but wants to pin it on Ozzy in an attempt at strategy. I hope that's true becuase I want to see the snotty kid get burned "Jaime style".
