Are you watching on Real or Reloader? It sounds like you are on Real. Reloader has a drop down menu on the bottom left to pick the size or you can click & drag the edges to the size you want. The chat only comes on if you click it at the top. To turn it off just click the x like any other window.


eta: I think you got the feeds ordered but you still need to download the Reloader viewer. You have to be signed onto Real so you did right so far. Reloader should send you a link to download their player is you ordered the feeds through them. You won't have those nasty chats & stuff.
